I have used privacy film several times in the past and I was impressed with a quality of this material. It went on really well. It is beautiful and classy looking. The thing I like about this particular window film is that it gives you a little privacy but it also doesn't completely block the view.

Bought this for bathroom windows in 2 bathrooms as windows are within the shower wall. Privacy not a real issue as house is elevated from ground level so main reason was due to hard water deposits accumulating on uncovered windows from showering. This was a very inexpensive and very attractive solution. Afternoon sun really makes this covering shine and look beautiful! The way it refracts the sun at different times of the day is quite unique. Makes me think of stained glass. Due to aforementioned hard water deposits, I will probably need to reapply at certain intervals but it's inexpensive enough that I won't mind and it will save windows from getting hard water spotting that is very difficult to remove. This was not terribly difficult to install but, as other reviews have mentioned, there was no markings for cutting on the backing. Hardest part for me was getting it cut straight. But, I'm very happy with the result. UPDATE: 5/11/23 Since review submitted, I have ordered another roll of this product and also ordered a roll of the multicolor option. I installed the multicolor option on my other bathroom window. It is also beautiful; that window doesn't get as much direct sunlight due to there being a roof overhang that blocks out afternoon sun but it still is very beautiful and works great for the intended purpose. I wanted to have extra on hand so that I can keep this fresh and replace when needed (hard water spotting, etc) Everyone who sees my bathroom in the afternoon sun are blown away by the brilliance of light coming thru the window film especially when they learn how affordable and easy it is!

Works well and goes on ok but definitely doesn’t darken the room nearly as much as I expected. I like that you put It on with water and can replace it as many times as you need.

These are a must if you live in a hotter part of the country like I do. Had a light bill of almost $300 last summer just trying to not sweat in our home. After we ordered these and put it on our living room window we could immediately feel the difference in temp in our home. The thermostat even went down two degrees. The application was simple enough for my husband and I to do. The reflectiveness is pretty good too! Don’t forget to draw your curtains at night as you can definitely see inside your home at night. Most recent summer bill was $100. Of course your homes installation will make a difference but this was my experience.

Easy to install but found it creates lots of air bubbles that stayed for days. It’s been day 5 of installing. Also love that you can’t see into window during the day but hoping it was no visibility at night. You can completely see through at night so need to find an alternative option like a curtain for my door window for night.
