The Christmas before I got this robe, I found a pretty robe at Nordstrom that my husband got me for $120. Talk about a disappointment! It idnt last a year. So far so good. I found no holes in mine, no bad smell, haven't washed it yet so I don't know about pilling or shedding. It's relatively thin and light but still warm and cozy, the hood is roomy. I am around 5'2 and 145 lbs. I got a s/m because I was worried about it being too long and getting in the way when going up stairs. I like the length, it's mid-calf on me. It fits well in my shoulders and arms, a bit roomy and the sleeves go over my hands a little bit. But I'm smaller up top than at the hips and booty so it kind of doesn't stay closed all the way down, but it's fine with the inside strings tied. ... show more
