Decent scope for under $100. I have this on a short barrel 300 blk gun for range fun. Zeroed ok to 100 yards. At first I noticed it losing zero as I shot, but then I realized the windage and elevation knobs were not completely secure as their screw was still a bit loose. Once I had it zeroed to my liking and I reset the knobs to zero position, I tightened their torx screws and that seem to fix the problem. It maintained zero after several more rounds. Glass is very clear from minimum to maximum magnification, and no fish bowl effect noted. Illuminated reticle seemed very sharp. The weight is about as expected for this price range. In a SBR, a little bit of weight was not much of a concern for me.

Great little scopes. Even comes with an excellent offset mount. Scope has extremely clear glass, etched reticle, and lights in red and green. For the money, your not gonna get one better.

I would give this a 5 star review, maybe it deserves it, maybe it deserves a 3 star--time will tell. I build custom AR's for people and usually deal with more mid/high tier equipment. I picked this MPVO up for a personal build of mine because the one I want for my current 14.5" G$ build hasn't released. That being said, this will work to shoot and train with until then. I shoot no less than 10,000 - 15,000 rounds annually both CQB and PSR (1,000 yds) I hare this as credence to my optic experience. The skinny: the glass clarity isn't bad and isn't great, there are definitely better options out there but you will pay for it. If you only train at a range shooting paper you can look no further. If you get busy you may want to consider to pony up. Yet, this optic will suffice for the price point. Seems somewhat sturdy but I haven't had it long enough to appreciate it's durability. The fat: The screws for the mount, off rip, no bueno, not terrible but they immediately would bring concern if you push your gear-you would want to seek a different manufacturer. The mount doesn't seem like it will hold the optic in place after some degree of training or a serious bump/drop. The turret caps are OKAY, the click is audible, but not so much in loud situations. Plus the tactile impulse is mid. I find it odd they offer a MPVO only in MOA and not MILS when other manufacturers offer LPVO's in MILS. I can appreciate the reticle throughout the entire magnification fields, not a fan of it only being SFP; would be nice to release a FFP. The whole presentation of the optic presents as cheap, I say this in the nicest way possible. I'm not trying to sound like a snob, but when you've worked with the big names you will know this build doesn't instill long-term confidence. I will continue to train with this optic and intentionally put it through it paces as I intend to return to this review to give real-time feed back. The reticle lighting, like most budget optics and some mid-tier (talking to you Holo and PA), are lack luster. Even under indirect lighting both the red and green lighting are drowned out. Essentially rendering them ineffective, will it work in a low-light situation? Sure! Will it help you in a mid-day 400 yds shot on a target which is visually difficult to differentiate from its background (animals tend to blend in)? Nope! The parallax adjustment dial placement on the objective lens is unusual and inconvenient at best. If you're shooting multiple ranged targets at length which would require constant parallax adjustments the last thing you want to do is take your support hand and adjust the parallax (blindly at that) and you're guaranteed to lose target acquisition-have fun with that. Most manufacturers put it on the left hand of the optic housing with all other adjustments. The diopter, when I used mine, didn't seem to make any difference, I will check again (I'm not saying anything good or bad about this at the point in time). The magnification ring not having a throw lever is not good considering it's an MPVO. You could keep the two free batteries and give a throw lever please. Having to adjust this on the fly with sweaty hands and adrenaline (anyone who trains) is cumbersome and eats time. Lastly, the eye relief and eye-box. I like the eye relief as it works great; the eye-box? Not so much. I struggle aligning coming from a standing or kneeling position into prone--when compared to many other brands of this scope build. I did not check chromatic dispersion. Conclusion: If you're truly on a budget then this will do. If you're picking it up for self-defense or to train hard, consider upgrading. If you plan to target shoot, plink and just have casual fun this is the scope for you.

Good scope at an economical price. It appears well made and held zero after firing about 100 rounds at the range. Optics are clear, and the focus requires the use of both focus rings to achieve a crisp image. You can get better optics but you are going to pay more.

For a budget optic, this thing packs a ton of features I love and some I didn't expect, like the parallax adjustment. Is the parallax accurate insomuch as using it for ranging? Not really, but who cares! It sharpens the image at all sorts of distances and this thing is a total blast to use

Great scope for the money. 5 stars for the price but realistically no scope in this price range should get 5 stars, hence the 4-star rating. The Good: -Appears well made. Solid construction. -Illuminated reticle works well. Better than others I've seen at this price point. - Surprisingly clear optics - Included mount is decent and saves money on rings or another mount. - Flip up lens covers are another nice bonus. The less than good- - Feels heavy for such a small scope. That said, my son who also bought one thought it was lighter than he expected. - Eye relief is acceptable at lower powers and poor at higher powers. - Some chromatic distortion at high powers when looking off center. To be expected at this price point -My son felt that the crosshairs were thicker than he would like. For my application I actually prefer them for fast target acquisition. Bottom line- This scope is perfect someone who wants to add a scope to a secondary or back-up rifle. I put it on a milsurp rifle that I just didn't want to spend a lot of money on. In that application I'm very happy with it. Time will tell if it can handle recoil in the long term.
