I've ordered a number of hearing aids trying to find a pair that work well for me. These really do and surprisingly with no adjustment. They fit comfortably in my ears without changing the earplug though I may eventually decide to go with the smaller size. The sound is clear and crisp with no humming or buzzing which has so often been an issue for me with less expensive hearing aids. I'm actually really surprised by this since I've tried so many pairs already that I haven't found helpful or that sounded tinny or that had other background sounds. They are small too and I like that they don't wrap around the ear. I think they look more like earbuds like this and so I'm less self-conscious wearing them. I'm listening now to the television from behind the tv - my husband is watching while I am a distance and not head on to the screen - anyway, normally, I wouldn't be able to hear well since the television isn't loud, but I can hear everything and all the words are clear and distinct. It's really really clear how well these work for me when I remove them. The TV sounds so faint and distant and I can't make out the words at all when I remove the hearing aids. The charging case is remarkably small and is charged via a USB C cable. The hearing aids themselves charge when in the case. There is no app or Bluetooth connection to worry about though of course, that means less adjustments are possible. The hearing aids have a volume control on the hearing aid itself. The instructions say to use a screwdriver to adjust it. Since the volume level is actually just right for me, I have no need to adjust it, but I do think it would be a bit of a pain to do and it would be nice if they could be adjusted on the fly. Regardless, since the other elements are so good, I'm okay with that.

These hearing aids are a high quality product that works really well. The design is fantastic and very comfortable to wear. These behind-the-ear hearing aids are virtually invisible, lightweight, and fit easily into my ear canal. The discreet tubing behind the ear is barely noticeable. The set comes with four tubes and different sized earplugs, so it’s easy to find the perfect fit. The advanced multi-channel sound processor provides really good sound clarity. They effectively amplify speech while reducing background noise, making conversations clear and natural. The wireless charging case and Type-C cable make it convenient to charge the hearing aids.
