As my title says, they shut off and on all the time whenever there is a semi loud noise. For example, a sliding glass door closing. This happens in mode 1 and 2. Sound quality is good and they fit good. I am returning these.

Overall, we are satisfied with these but I wish we could get a replacement for just the left one. It is temperamental and squeals, sometimes even in the charger. Not worth trying to return for a whole new set. AND if you get these, it is impossible to try them out without destroying the boxing so I don't even know if they are eligible for return. They are tricky to insert because the button for adjusting the sound is small and sometimes get pressed accidentally while pressing the unit into the ear. I insert them myself for my 96 year old mother. She wouldn't be able to do it herself.

Husband is scarred by a lifetime of loud tools and concerts. It really changed him. Excellent product. This changed his life. It amplifies all sounds, very good product, great quality! It helps him hear better, talk to other people, watch TV...I highly recommend it. It's very nice and very comfortable to wear. It's a great product.

I love how small they are because no-one can tell I'm wearing them. They are so comfortable I forget about them. The ability to adjust the volume independently so great. I do wish there was an application that would allow me to adjust my aids settings without having to touch them while in my ears for days my fingers feel clumsy or when in public setting. Great purchase.
