My best friend due to some personal reason for a bad hearing lost. Just one of sudden, she can’t hear anything. She refuses to wear any hearing aid. First didn’t looks nice second make her uncomfortable. I got this and gave to her. I didn’t push her to wear. I just tell her to give it a try. She had been using it two times. I requested this pair of hearing aids for my mom because she lost her old pair. She couldn’t even wait to try them when I received them. My aged dad, got serve hearing lost. He didn’t really like wearing any aid, he said he is uncomfortable. Tried several before, always start with good, end with complain. Request this one.
