I have been shopping around and found these hearing aids which suit my needs the most. First the on/off buttons are slider buttons, one on each side, which are easier to use and very simple. Second, the volume is also slider wheel and is very easy to use. I mostly set it and leave it about 80-90% which is plenty to help me hear well. The ear buds fit my ear well with the medium size ear pieces. There are three different sizes included and you can surely find ones that will fit you. The design of the hearing aids help them stay on the ears and they are not easily falling off. The amplification is plenty and most importantly they don't seem to cause feedback noise which is the key for my purchase. These hearing aids tend to create feedback noise but for these they don't. I love them and use them every days. They can get some time to get used to but only a couple days I am very happy to hear better and now people don't need to shout to me any more which is a great feeling.

I bought these hearing aids for my father because he is very hard of hearing. He had other more expensive hearing aids that he broke trying to change the batteries and I wasn't about to spend upwards of $2400 per hearing aid when they might end of broken again. I like the fact that these are rechargeable and you get the pair for less than $50. Adding the Amazon protection plan was cheap so I did that just in case. I tried them out before giving them to my father and, man, they are really loud on the highest setting. Having the adjustable volume is nice and the on/off button when not in use. The charging case is a nice plus if you are on the move and need a quick recharge. Honestly, I have zero complaints at this price point. Would definitely buy again now that my father can join in family conversations again and find out what is going on in his grandchild's lives.

AWFUL!! Waste of money! These only work for my mother for about three weeks and she was not using them every day. Lots of Feedback Ringing and not good quality at all.

Don’t last long. These worked well for the short time we had them but only lasted 3 months and totally died. Unfortunate, bc we did like the product.

I was so tired of having to repeat myself to my husband and now I never have to repeat myself. This product is amazing.. soon as he put them in his ears, he could hear everything I would recommend these to anyone or their loved ones that have a hearing problem. He loves them. It’s like he’s a new person he used to yell or you would think it was yelling because he couldn’t hear himself highly recommended worth every penny.

I've had all kinds of hearing aids over the past 40 years, costing from $20 - $6k. I've read the reviews and info on almost all available on Amazon. Most don't have enough info or reviews or GOOD reviews. I chose this one and it works! It could be louder for me but volume is ok. They stay on my ears without dangling out like a weird earring as some of them do. They are comfortable. I was very impressed with the instructions and information provided with it. Best I've seen. Charger works. I paid for next day delivery so I could wear them to an event and I was able to hear and converse. Heard lots of noises I wasn't aware of too, like the cat meowing, birds singing and the car rattling.
