I like this brand of sleeping medicines. The active ingredient works well. I would say it functions okay and I'm asleep within about 30 mins but I also take other medications that assist with that. No noticeable side effects. I have repurchased these.

Whether you are an insomniac or need to pass a lot of time very quickly, this sleep aid is the strongest and best you can buy without a prescription. I have personally suffered from insomnia issues for years and while I have tried Melatonin and Benadryl (diphenhydramine), they just don't work that great for me. However, this is like a gift from God. No matter how wired awake I am, within just 20-30 minutes of taking one of these, I am ready to go to sleep and it keeps me asleep. It's almost too strong to where I have missed my alarm a couple of times, and even on off-days I can easily sleep longer than 12 hours when this is in my system. I personally never liked the idea of prescription based sleep aids like Ambien due to the stories I've heard, and this sleep aid is definitely all you need. If you want to skip a holiday, have a great night’s rest or trying to fight the caffeine you consumed too late into the night, this sleep aid will work for all of it. It works so strongly that it does sometimes cause a hangover/zombie effect, but if you really need sleep, this will give it to you. I highly recommend it!

I like this better than the Benadryl. Seems to work well without the after effects. Same medication as niquil. Works fast. Great value for size of bottle. No fatigue the next day that I noticed.

I had a stretch of days where I was falling asleep at around 10 PM and then waking up at 2 AM to do the bathroom. When I got back in bed I couldn't get back to sleep. I ended up just laying there awake for nearly the entire rest of the night. Out of desperation I ordered the Sleep Aid product from Amazon and tried a dosage where I only used 1/3 tablet for fear of it making me too drowsy the next day. And upon taking that small dosage I was drowsy within an hour and slept through the night, even after a trip to the bathroom. But hardly any drowniness the next day.

I stopped taking the Diphenhydramine, as a senior there may be adverse reactions with my prescribed medications. I use Doxylamine Succinate which is generic Unisom. They work well and I usually sleep a few hours.

These will have you knocked out within an half hour & sleep all night! Even when someone was making noise in the morning I slept through it until my alarm went off. Most definitely recommend.

Does not work for me at all. Hurry and swallow it but one pill does not make me go to sleep. It makes me a little tired but not sleepy and two pills still do not work. I cannot tell you the dose because I am a small person and it does not work. If one does not work then I dunno a dose but it tastes horrible and that is fact. Hurry and swallow it. Maybe it will work for you. Do not work for me.
