It’s scary the first time you apply it, the overwhelming smell, how watery your eyes get and the initial redness I freaked out a little but leave it on for a few more hours and you’ll see that it does work! Directions say to apply it 2 to 3 times a day, I think if someone’s skin is very reactive they can start with a 2-hours application once a day and increase from there. Ask your dermatologist about pairing this product with a urea cream for more protection ... show more

I wasn't sure what to expect when I initially purchased this. Within 2-3 days after using it my skin condition started to react . The reaction was similiar, but not as complete, as when my dermatologist freezes the problem area. I am continuing to use the product until the results are as complete or similiar to that of my dermatologist. It is less than a week with this product. The dermatologist freezing results in faster resolution, but for an over the counter product I believe this is a good choice, whic I can use as needed and without waiting for a dermatologist appointment. ... show more

Makes my skin feel softer and smoother after using it only once. I applied it before bed (careful not to get too close the eyes as they will burn if that happens). When this product is first applied it will tingle like noxema cream cleanser. It feels like the product is actually doing something immediately. I think my pores are already shrinking after only a little more than a week. This morning I noticed little back heads in and around the crease of my nose had surfaced on their own.     • Good product, menthol could be removed
This cream seems to work as it is intended. It doesn't feel too heavy. I like it overall and will continue to use it. The only issue is I do not like the menthol effect. It has a slight burning sensation on some areas of my face when I apply the cream. If they could eliminate that, I would give 5 stars. The sensation doesn't last long but I personally don't enjoy it. I’ve been trying to find an alternative to Mometasone, as I have to use it on my scalp and it’s causing hair loss. I’ve tried prescription shampoos, foams, and ointments. This worked better the first time than anything else ever did (except the mometason, but it’s suuuuch a strong steroid and isn’t good for facial use…which of course I used for a decade before realizing.) 100% recommend this and only downside is it will burn your eyes if you’re within 2” of them.     • No more itchy face.
I loved this cream! I've tried similar products in the past for the irritated spots around my nose. However, the products didn't do much. After about a week of using this cream, my face has felt and looked 100 percent better, and no skin flaking.

    • Finally Something That works
Have had flakiness and bad scabs on my scalp for years and was using nizoral as well as oiling to try to reduce it. Looking back I think I was just making my issue worse because just using this product for a couple days has been a game changer with my scalp moisture level.
