Despite the fact that there was still flaking the next morning, the unpleasant feeling had subsided, which made it simpler to refrain from scraping the scales to remove them. After a mild cleanser, the regimen was established on day four, which consisted of using the product twice daily, followed by a moisturizer that did not include any scent. I get the impression that the cream is performing a function similar to that of a traffic police, subtly guiding the overactive oil glands to moderate their activity so that the skin may recuperate.

This product worked for me. I was looking for something other than steroids to help my itchy red skin. I even used it on parts of my face. It will make your skin feel tingly like eating a wintergreen mint and inhaling

Seeing as Seborrheic Dermatitis mainly occurs on the face you would think this cream was for your face but it absolutely positively IS NOT. It has menthol or something in it and it emanates some kind of menthol like sensation they causes your eyes to just tear up something awful. Gave it three stars because it does work (because of the ketoconazole) but there's a lot of junk in it that just isn't needed and causes irritation

They changed the formula, before it had a very strong mint sensation, but it worked and my skin felt great, now it no longer has mint and it no longer works, my skin has problems again.
