I was playing in a tennis tournament (8 matches in four days) third set tiebreaker when my hamstrings started cramping. I tried to walk it off with no success. I took two ZapCramp during a changeover and was able to finish the tiebreaker and win my match. There's 3 servings in here at around $15 total. I chewed up 2 of these and swallowed them. They have a really good taste. It's a spicy cinnamon flavor. No bad aftertaste. I was experiencing some mild calf tightness/cramps. These did provide some relief. If there was more than just 3 servings per container, I'd give this a higher rating. ... show more

Installation/setup: Chew 2 tablets as needed to relieve cramping in your muscles. Be prepared for spicy cinnamon. Final thoughts: These absolutely work. That said, I have a hard time using them again. I’m somewhat of a spice sissy and these are very intense. I love cinnamon and even hot cinnamon but these top the charts. I usually get muscle cramps while I am sleeping and I wake up with severe pains in my calves that I can’t walk off. This intense cinnamon experience is a bit hard to take when just coming out of a deep sleep.     • Great flavor rehydration tabs!
These do the job - replace salts and electrolytes lost from sweating and physical exertion. They don't taste like a juice drink, but like they are doing their job. I started to feel a lot better a few minutes after taking one and was able to get back to 100% effort on the trail. These tabs have come in handy during hunting season and soccer season for sure. It helps me drink more water as well since it has to be taken with water and the salty flavor made me a lot more thirsty. Great product! ... show more

Habanero powder is one of the ingredients if that gives you an idea of how spicy these are. I like fairly spicy things but these tabs are pretty much at the top of my tolerance spectrum. That said they work well and quickly. So if you are good with spicy and need fast muscle cramp relief then these might be for you as long as you can afford the somewhat hefty pricetag per dose. ... show more
