Good taste! Convenient container. Fast acting!!
Something that really works! I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night with lower ley cramps that are very painful. I had been heading to the frig to gulp down some pickle juice which is an eye-opener at 3am. A friend recommended ZapCramp to me and when i woke up the other night with a tight calf muscle i popped one of these in my mouth, let it dissolve and i was back to sleep pain-free in minutes. Tastes good too...much better than pickle juice!!

Cramp Breaker
Long night shifts used to leave my calves tight and sore, making the walk home painful. I tried one of these chewable tablets during a break, the mild habanero warmth and electrolytes hit gently, no harsh burn. Within 20 minutes, my legs felt looser and I could move through the rest of my shift without twitches. The formula dissolves smoothly and the 12-tablet pack is easy to carry for quick relief. I also used them after weekend soccer, recovery was faster and my legs felt free by morning. Now workdays and weekend games are easier. Spicy, but they Work!
These tablets seem to work. I do wonder how much of the effectiveness is the shock factor of the spiciness! The habinero plus cinnamon is strong and was unexpected at first, but not unbearable. I've gotten used to the taste and they DO work so I'll definitely keep using. I get horrible leg cramps and other odd cramps in my hands, feet and other areas in the summer sometimes. I'd say in less than a minute these chewable tabs work. I take one for minor cramps, and 2 for bigger ones.

Helped with nighttime cramps
I was having severe leg cramps that woke me up a few times. This really helped with that. A little spicy but I'll gladly take that over dealing with cramps.

Works pretty good
I get cramps a lot I take this it does go away not sure if it's on its own or if it's the product but it seems to work

No more cramps
I’ve tried these capsaicin chewables a few times during workouts and for random night cramps, and they’re one of the most effective thing i have used. It easily removes my cramps and it tastes good too.

It didn't get rid of my cramps
It tasted disgusting, it's horrible. U have to chew it it tasted horrible than u had to switch it one side to the other then swallow it.

Works but Expensive and I Don't Like the Taste
Leg day at the gym or long days in the hot sun often result in night leg cramps for me. I've learned to sense when they are coming based on a weird sensation in my leg muscles that I believe folks call restless legs. I've learned to head off cramps before they start by attacking the symptoms as soon as I start feeling the restless legs. I have been using Hylands leg cramp tablets. They work, but they take about 15 - 20 minutes to take effect. ZapCramp also curbs my restless legs and prevents cramps, and it works much quicker than Hylands. However, I am not a fan of spicy foods and I find the taste and mouth sensation of ZapCramp too intense for my tastes. I'm sure spicy food lovers will have no problem, but spicy food wimps like me will probably find ZapCramp to be too intense. There is also the issue of price. ZapCramp is pretty expensive for six doses. I'll stick with the Hylands. It takes a little longer to work, but you get way more doses for the money.
