I have trouble falling asleep. I have anxiety that can become real bad at times. And anyone with anxiety will tell you, nighttime is when the mind is in overdrive! I take two of these about an hour before I want to be asleep! They take a good hour or so to really start working (in my experience as everyone is different). After about an hour I can feel my mind slowing down and the sandman is def waving his wand I get a good 6-8 hours of solid sleep No grogginess the next day Anyway, that’s pretty much my thoughts and experience! I have been using this brand for about 2 months now. I don’t take them every night. Just the nights my anxiety is in overdrive Also, the price!! A GREAT DEAL!! Similar sleep aids can be double this price. For 250 pills at $12.99?! It’s a great deal! I hope my review has helped anyone on the fence with this sleep aid! Again, really works for me when my anxiety is high!! Good 6-8 hours solid sleep and no foggy head or groggy feeling the next day! Thanks for reading. And again, I hope this review helps. :-)

Trying to wean myself from Trazadone, so I purchased these. I take one pill before bed and I am drowsy and ready for bed. I have been subscribed Trazadone for 10 years, and this is the only thing that comes close to getting me to sleep and staying asleep. However, wouldn’t recommend more than one tablet, one is enough!

You may be familiar with ZzzzQuil, from the makers of NyQuil. Used to use it to help with sleep. Found this product, same active ingredient and same dose, but in pill form and a WHOLE LOT less expensive.
