I was interested in trying this liquid collagen supplement for all the extra health benefits I researched about the ingredients. It taste pleasant to me. I actually enjoy the taste - berry flavor. I love the quality of this supplement. I didn’t have any stomach or gastrointestinal issues with this supplement. It’s extremely easy to use. One can take a daily shot of it or mix in a liquid of your choice. It mixes well, even if one uses water. It’s an excellent value for the cost. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to add some collagen into there diet. As with an supplement, please do your research before consuming. I recommend it, however it was after doing my research on the health benefits it provides. It even helps with my recovery from pain after a heavy weight training day. Strong mind! Strong body! Strong bones!

What can I say? It actually works and it works quite well. The product taste great and has been very effective for me. I will be definitely buying more of this in the future. I did choose to refrigerate my product and I did mix it a few times however, you can drink it straight up. I noticed a huge difference and its effectiveness by the second dose.

I have taken other types of nootropics but this is my first time trying one with BDNF brain support. I have read great things about the effect it has on the brain but it doesn't seem to be the right supplement for me. After I took it I felt a little jittery but then I got tired. Maybe thats from the L-Tryptophan. I tried it a couple more times to make sure it wasn't "all in my head" but I got the same result. This seems like a good product from a legit company but I don't think its for everyone. This contains 28 one tablespoon servings. I tried it straight off the spoon which was okay but I preferred it mixed with a small amount of water.

I have tried regular collagen peptide supplements before but I'd never heard of the pro-hyp and hyp-gly dipeptides in this product. So I did a little reading and I found evidence to suggest that the special type of peptides in this supplement can be utilized by the body far more efficiently than hydrolyzed collagen peptides. Their small size may allow them to bypass some of the digestion process and be directly utilized in the synthesis of new collagen or the repair of damaged fibers. So if I'm going to take a collagen supplement I'd probably go with this brand or another containing the same types of peptides. The taste of this liquid isn't bad, I actually kind of like it. It tastes like real blackberry and some other flavors I'm not familiar with, besides that of the taste of stevia which provides a mild and pleasant sweetness. This supplement has a few other useful ingredients as well. The antioxidants, L-citrulline, and L-tryptophan. L-citrulline is great to take before working out or any other activity where you could benefit from increased nitric oxide production and increased blood flow. Unfortunately they don't say how much of each ingredient is in the proprietary blend. I wish companies would stop with these proprietary blends, especially when there's absolutely no reason for it other than hiding info from the customer. At least this blend only has a few ingredients instead of the 10+ ingredients you'll see on some other supplement's proprietary blends. This supplement is a little pricey but it seems like they use high quality ingredients, so if you can afford it I totally recommend it.

Im getting older (43), and love to take anything that will help my brain function. I havent been taking this long but am making a routine of taking it first thing in the morning. It reminds me a little of medicine syrup and that made me a little nervous to take but I diluted it with water and it was fine, tasted like sugar water. I didn’t feel anything different but usually with supplements it takes time to notice a difference.

This product is like taking a shot of syrup or soy sauce. Unless you have a high tolerance for strong flavors, you'll want to dilute this with water. It says to not use the cap for measuring which is a little inconvenient. Pros: no artificial flavors or colors no gluten, dairy, egg, soy, nuts, or sugar made in the USA there's a legitimate website to back up the product hits on many different benefits Cons: higher priced needs to be diluted

Flavor Name: Passionfruit Guava
For me, the effects were subtle. I take it for brain fog. I didn't find any bad taste or unpleasant odor, and there wasn't even an aftertaste. I found it simple to swallow and had no adverse reactions. I'm hopeful this helps with free radicals.
