The shock collar work great and is water proof. It last a long time between charges. Somehow after a year it stop charging and would not charge. But Customer service step in and help. Both the shock collar and the great people at Heaflex were excellent. Definitely would recommend to others.

I only use the beep and vibrate, which shows how well this works! I have a German Shepherd/Siberian Husky mix, which are very smart and very stubborn! The only think I don’t like is that the rubber tips come off the prongs easily, which can cause skin and nerve damage with the shocking if you use that function.

We absolutely LOVE this collar for our dogs. We have a 97lb pit bull and a 45lb Bassett hound. The pit has a huge neck and the fit works well with plenty of extra if we needed it. The remote locks which is WONDERFUL if jogging or in high activity so you don't accidentally zap your babies. The remote also beeps if you touch the beep button and vibrates if you touch vibrate button to let you know your dog is getting the signal. No questions about if they heard beeps or felt the vibration. This is an excellent thing! It also comes with a lifetime warranty! We have no complaints and are grateful we ordered this one. It was a VERY GOOD PRICE for a double collar which we are also very grateful for as the economy today is absolutely absurd.

the screen is not of the best idea or quality. the buttons on both sides are located directly across from buttons on other side. if you want to change the channel you end up locking it instead of doing whatever it is your trying to do. its actually a hinder and inconvience. if you had to switch to a different channel quick you would not be able to. design is very poor. Also i orderd with 2 collars, but i have to go through an3rd channel that i do not have a collar for. the collars are nice and not to big or bulky. i have them on my 2 5lb Chi's!

I got a set of two for my dogs. They bark a lot I wanted something that had the vibrating and beeping setting because I don't want the dogs to just get shocked if I can get them to stop from something less harsh... I can tell it works here and there I'm still getting used to it. I do wish it would do it manually without me having to get the remote and then unlock it and press the button because by then they might not be barking. So I'm constantly holding this remote waiting for a bark. But switching back and forth is tricky too because it has it for three dog collars so it's harder than just being able to switch back and forth between the two going through three channels. I also noticed it flashing while watching tv since it was in my hand. My finger was lingering over the beeping button not even touching and it was going off. So I'm guessing it's a sensitive remote. If I had to choice to buy again I probably wouldn't. I'd just get an automatic collar that handles it for me so the dog knows what their getting beeped at for.

they don't stay tightened, so they always end up falling off after an hour or 2. im constantly having to retighten... kinda defeats the purpose.. otherwise, they're easy to use and vibrate and beep well, but if u can't keep it on ur dogs....
