Plush, but not as thick as I expected, particularly on the bottom part of the triangle. A white string beside the buttons sticks out like a sore thumb. I can't wrap it around the button because it seems to be part of a seam (zoom in on pic). Otherwise it's working for the intended purpose. Using it as a back support in our RV couch/daybed. Queen size fits perfectly along length of twin sized mattress.

I absolutely love this pillow! It is so soft and snuggly to sleep on. It provides fantastic lumbar support if your bed sometimes doubles as your office. It fits my queen bed perfectly and looks nice! I don’t use the side pocket like I thought I would but that is more of a “me thing” rather than a flaw of the pillow. It wasn’t nearly as expensive as some of the others I was considering. I am very happy I went with this one!

I was so disappointed when I received this pillow. It's weak and not firm. It's not thick. It should have cost $20 instead of $89. I am so disappointed in this pillow. I I tried to buy a pillow for Womax. I bought a headboard pillow from them 3 years ago and since I bought a new mattress I wanted to buy a new headboard pillow. Unfortunately, that company has stopped making the headboard pillows. Their pillows were thick and firm. I'm glad and though my old headboard pillow away! I am so disappointed with the pillow that I have. It's not going on my bed. I'm going to put it and my spare bedroom and when I get time I will donate it to Goodwill. I'm so disappointed that this didn't work out for me and that I paid the price I paid for it.

So this seems very nice but the brown taupe pictured is darker than the actual color. That’s why I rated 3 stars. This was the only color I liked so that’s why I chose this item. Otherwise, soft and full!
