I got this LTLSTYL Head Spa Waterfall Equipment to use at home with my shampoo basin, and honestly, it makes washing my hair feel like a spa day. The way the water flows over my scalp is so soothing and relaxing it’s such a simple thing, but it really changes the whole experience. Setup was super easy, and it fit my shampoo sink without any issues. It feels sturdy, but it’s also lightweight and easy to move or clean when I’m done. I’ve noticed that my scalp feels cleaner, and the whole process is much more enjoyable now. I wasn’t expecting it to make such a difference, but now I don’t want to wash my hair without it. It’s like having a little luxury treatment at home, and it’s definitely worth it if you want to make hair washing more relaxing and spa-like. ... show more

I purchased in October and used on clients four times and the motor isn’t working now. I can’t get in touch with the seller to find a replacement or see what they can do to help. Disappointing to have the lack of customer service for this head spa.

It was challenging to put together. It was complicated to install and the instructions weren't as clear. It was really ideal to have this but it was not for us.

This is going to be such a game changer when my rheumatoid arthritis is bothering me, and someone has to help me wash my hair. It's super easy to set up, and the small streams of water make hair washing a totally different experience, and it feels so soothing and relaxing, and you don't have to worry about water getting in your eyes at all because you can see where the ring of water is instead of using a sprayer nozzle. ... show more

Unfortunately I didn't measure accurately, and I thought I could still make it work, but after trying and not having any success, I have to accept the fact that I don't have the proper sized sink for this attachment, and acquiring one for this to work just isn't in the cards for me right now. I will say that, although I wasn't able to use it for my original intended purposes, I can tell that this is a high quality attachment, and overall seems to be made of durable materials for a luxurious spa retreat experience. I'm definitely going to hang onto this item for when I'm able to order my new sink / shampoo bowl, and I'm excited for when that moment does come. I still recommend this product, just make sure you have the proper sink for it. ... show more
