These head - mounted night vision goggles are exactly what I needed for my nighttime wildlife observation. The IR works perfectly—even on moonless nights, I can see clearly enough to identify birds and small mammals. The 8X zoom is easy to adjust, and the image quality is sharp for a device in this category. I appreciate the helmet and strap options; I usually use the strap, and it stays put even when I move around a lot. I got these as a gift for my husband who loves outdoor activities after work, and he uses them almost every weekend. The night vision works as described—he can see clearly up to a good distance when he’s hiking or checking his trail cameras after dark. The stealth IR is a big plus because it doesn’t draw attention.
