If it works and when It works I looovee this model for my outside fireplaces. The flame looks real not controlled and powerless. I have very frustrating hick ups with the pilot light not staying lit because the whole assembly and the conversion to propane was undersized and improper. Unfortunately the manufacturer was not able to provide me with a solution. and I almost returned the logs. But CHAT GPT came to the rescue and told me that replacement pilot assembly Real Fyre PT-1LP for propane only was the solution. It wasn't bad only $38.00 per piece. I bought three to have one extra. I changed the pilot light assembly and voila....everythinbg worked immediately. So if you run into the same issue do not fight with it just get the replacement pilot light. The full flame and the ceramic logs are beautiful you want regret it. ... show more

    • Great value, but a bad remote-control.

The remote-control is very low quality and doesn't work well. After a couple of uses, my remote-control quit working at all and I have to use manual-control. But, the fireplace itself works well.

This is a great value. Everything I needed was in the box. I had an issue getting the pilot light to stay lit. Emailed them and got a quick response. Showed me how to adjust the pilot light screw. I’m now enjoying my fire place again. Definitely recommend this company. Thanks.
