I love this outdoor bench. I have several pieces by another company which are excellent but very expensive so I saw this bench and liked the price so ordered it. So glad I did. It comes in only 10 pieces which are easy to put together. I am a 73 year old female and did it by myself in about 20 minutes and that was only because I read the directions multiple times. Five stars because the bench is nice. Looks good, it’s sturdy and fairly comfortable. You will need to add some “feet” for protection of your deck as the bottoms are rough and will scratch. The directions get one star. What a joke. The pictures don’t show the detail of the legs with the slots and the order in which they tell you to put it together is ridiculous. Use your common sense and don’t tighten anything down until all the pieces are together properly. Highly suggest using a drill with an Allen bit if you have one handy though it can certainly be done manually with the included Allen wrench. ... show more

I would give this a solid 5 stars, but I had to bore out a hole and use a washer to get one of the bolts in. Other than, that it is pretty nice. It is obvious that it is built to last. It is made from the composite material, and it also uses stainless steel hardware. I anticipate that it will last years to come. We love this bench. It’s pretty and sturdy. The instructions are wonderfully easy to understand and they even included the tool need to put the bolts in. I’m not accustomed to assembling things so this took me about 45 minutes lol. I saw other reviews about people completing it lightning fast, but as a 43 yr old woman who did it alone and without exp. Great bench. Took little old 71 year old 99 pound lady a half hour to put together. Easy picture instructions as everything is labeled. One size bolt for all. They send an allen wrench but I learned long ago that you will drive yourself crazy with 'supplied allen wrenches'...I have a set that fits my drill and a set that has a nice gripped handle like a screwdriver. SOOOO much easier to use. Very strong. Listen to the instructions and do not tighten anything til the end as four of the pieces ''fit' into slots and you need to be able to manipulate them in. Would buy this again!! ... show more
