Power light is off and product is not working. How can I fix this? Please check these two points first: • Make sure the product is properly plugged into a power outlet and turned on. • Verify that your TV or display is set to the correct HDMI input source. My display flickers when I use the switcher. What could be causing this? Quick Fixes: • Check connections – Ensure all cables are secure. • Use a short, HDMI 2.1 cable (under 1.5m) for 8K/60Hz 4:4:4 signal. 4K@60Hz can reach 4m in and 4m out. • Try a different port on the switcher. The switcher Auto switch function can`t work normally. What could be causing this? • The HDMI source must be newly connected or powered on from a complete shutdown. • Note that if the source is in standby mode (still sending a signal), the switcher may recognize it as connected but fail to output a picture or auto-switch properly. The remote control is no working. If the remote is unresponsive: Remove the plastic insulator strip from the battery compartment. Check the IR receiver indicator. If it is off, long-press the power button for 6 seconds to enable the IR function. Does it support HDR? Yes! For optimal performance, use a high-quality, standard HDMI 2.1 cable and keep it as short as possible. Supported HDR Formats: 4K@120Hz YCbCr 4:4:4 8/10bit HDR 4K@120Hz YCbCr 4:2:0 10/12bit HDR 8K@ 60Hz YCbCr 4:4:4 8/10/12bit HDR (with DSC)

Practical for various devices

I’ve been using it for a couple of months, and it has worked well. It was easy to set up and is convenient for connecting multiple devices without having to constantly swap cables. The remote control makes it easy to switch between inputs from a distance. The picture quality has also been good.

I got this for my home office because I have several devices hooked up (I also got that new awesome Sony monitor) and I only have two things at the moment, but it'll be a full 4 soon given my workspace. I used a PS5 as my test device to make sure this HDMI Switch worked as advertised, and it does! I am very pleased with this. At least so far from little usage but using the PS5's video-out testing functionality shows me that this can handle higher refresh rates, HDR and VRR. I couldn't be more pleased (well, maybe if it didn't feel a little cheap or if it were more affordable, but I am not upset with where I landed).

Product seems to function okay, however there is a slight lag between auto switching source buttons. Also, this product did not include the male to male HDMI connection (for input outlet) and it would have been nice of the seller to suggest.

Can't max HDMI 2.1 specs

I loved it super easy to use

It works wonderfully! This HDMI 2.1 switch connects my four consoles and the image quality in 4K at 120Hz is perfect, without cuts or delays. The switch between devices is fast and automatic. Its size is small and arrived very well packaged. An excellent purchase for the price!
