DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel The DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel is a high quality, portable low profile panel that features three high resolution trackballs and 12 precision machined control knobs for accessing all essential primary color correction tools. Above the center trackball are keys for switching between log and offset color correction, as well as a key to display DaVinci Resolve’s full screen viewer, which is great for use with laptops. Eighteen dedicated keys on the right side also give you access to the most commonly used grading features and playback controls. DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel is perfect for independent editors and colorists that need a truly portable solution, great on set to create looks and evaluate color and lighting, ideal for quickly grading video in broadcast trucks, great for education and much more! Hardware Control Panels When you have a client looking over your shoulder you need to work fast. DaVinci Resolve control panels are designed to give you fluid, hands-on control over multiple parameters at the same time, allowing you to create looks that are simply impossible with a standard mouse! Use it one time and you'll never want to color grade without it again. It speeds up your flow considerably, and for reasons I wasn't necessarily expecting. Yeah the color tools themselves are great, but having easily accessible buttons to move from node to node and clip to clip, play/stop/reverse, grab stills, etc is just crazy efficient. I have a dedicated grading monitor, but for those of you who are using a single display, having a dedicated button for the full screen viewer and then being able to grade in full screen will be huge for you. The main reason I bought this was because it came with the davinci studio license, which I needed to buy anyways. So in my mind, I really spent $559 on a tool that I literally use 7 days a week at times. The only critique I have, which I saw mentioned in another review, is that the knobs along the top of this panel don't have backlighting. I'd be lying if I said that wasn't slightly annoying. I'm sure with a ton of use muscle memory would kick in, but that hasn't happened yet so I have to look down every time. If anything though, that just means I'll probably sell this someday and upgrade to the mini panel when that jump can be justified. ... show more

Incredible build quality (it better be for the price). Very solid, metal construction with weighted balls for great feel while color grading. It is taking some time to get used to coloring with it and it took some work to figure out how to make space for it on my desk but I’m enjoying it as a luxury item. Really good build quality, the entire unit is wrapped in solid metal and not just thin tinny sheet of aluminum. the knobs are all very smooth and incredibly precise, this has made grading and color editing a breeze and so much more immersive.

Built like a tank. heavy duty metal chassis, buttery smooth trackballs. If you color in Resolve and don’t need the extra screens from the Mini or Advanced panel, this is easily the best hands-on upgrade you can make. Worth every cent.

This is a fantastic tool for grading in davinci resolve, especially being able to go full view on the screen while you control your grading through the panel. Power setup is also a huge plus, you can easily connect it anywhere with the usb included.
