Manufacturer Warranty Description: Shine company warranties to the original purchaser for a period of one year of residential and commercial use starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the furniture components. Specifically excluded from this warranty shall not be liable for neglect of necessary care; improper assembly or handling products, abnormal use of products, placing direct heat sources on the surface(s), the application of paint, varnish or other chemical coating, abuse of hardware caused defects by their assembly, unexpected acts of nature (fire, flood, lightning, ice, earthquake, acts of god, hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, and any damage caused by wind over which shine company has no control). This warranty specifically excludes coverage for fading, color change or color match on any group settings due to environmental condition. The warranty does not cover wear and tear effects on the furniture under normal use. The original purchaser is responsible for providing proof of purchase and a written description of the defect. Three possible solutions are replacement or repair of the defective merchandise, replacement or repair of defective component, or authorization repairs by a third party. If the product is not returned within 30 days of date of purchase, the customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs.

Easy to assemble and the price was right! I was not planning to assemble the two I purchased as its still winter in Minnesota and I can't put them outside. Unfortunately one of the two came in a mangled box. Happily nothing was missing or damaged. And it smelled like cedar, so I was pleased. All wooden parts were sanded smooth. Assembled in 25 minutes as advertised, though the instructions were not entirely clear as to which screws went where, the next one will take 15 minutes now that I have the knack. (An electric screw driver would be a handy item.) The chair is comfortable, easy to move around as it's only about 20 pounds, attractive and symmetrical sitting evenly on my kitchen floor where I put it together. I would love not to stain or lacquer it, but cedar will turn an ugly gray sooner or later when left out through the winter. And its real wood, not factory made wood or plastic. I hope it was from a sustainable forest source, but owing to its country of production, who knows? ... show more

The chairs are great for the price. The wood used is not the strongest material, but for the price it is appropriate. It creaks and makes some noises when I sit in it (I am not a huge person - 5ft 9inch and 175 lbs)

Wanted a nice quality wooden adirondack. These are not them. First problem, I ordered two and received one. The shipping box was torn up and poorly sealed. But the bigger problem is the very poor quality of these chairs. The wood is not finished properly - looks cheap and completely unprofessional. The wood is splintery and not safe to use. Pictures are showing the front side of the chair. Disappointed, the color is nice but these chairs are terrible. And they were not inexpensive chairs - $115 each. (one star for nice color, could not leave 0 stars or would have) ... show more

Oh. Wow. Oh. Wow. I LOVE everything about this chair. I crave, crave, crave comfort—especially when lounging with Husband in our backyard oasis, sipping margaritas, and watching dogs romping wildly through the grass. One of the things that sold me in the first place is that we are kind of lazy when it comes to maintaining outdoor furniture, so the idea of having a gorgeous, vibrant green, comfortable lounge chair that won’t readily fade or fall apart was super enticing. These chairs do not disappoint, and are just as described. I’ve had Adirondack chairs before. Some were okay but not as nicely shaped, some were difficult to get out of. (We are not spring chickens). None have compared to these when it comes to fit, comfort, stability and styling. I am 5’4” and the husband is 6’ tall, yet we agree that these chairs fit each of us like a glove. Bonus: They are sturdy and compact, not at all bulky. Fun fact: i spilled a drink on the arm this morning; the liquid beaded and was super easy to wipe off in a flash. I.e. no absorption, no staining. Yay. I’m actually writing this review from my chair right now. I don’t want to get up. Husband, please bring me a margarita! It’s 5:00 somewhere. ... show more

I love how the chair looks however it came broken on the back panel. We really needed the chair for an event so we just glued it. It looks great in my grass. It did not crack or break when I sat in it. It was easy to put together and it’s the right size.
