We bought this product not for a vehicle, but as shade and rain protection for our chicken pen. We had tried different products before (tarps and canopies) that did not work, and were blown down by heavy wind. This was fairly easy to install, and so far so good. If a hurricane comes our way again we can easily remove the tarp and the frame should stay put (we tied it securely to the kennel sections that surround the pen). It bends easily and the seller doesn’t sell replacement bars. Also the warranty is only 6 months so put it up when you get it so if you do run into issues you’ll have a better chance of getting a replacement.

    • Easy to set up and take down for portability
The framing tubes are heavier duty than I expected. The spring loaded locking pins make it easy to assemble and keep the tubes from separating from each other. The instructions are easy to follow.

It was easy to put together but the first wind that came thru the frame bent and broke in pieces. I would not recommend this item.
