This stuff works great. We had some some small crease tears on our awning near the roller tube. It's invisible for one witch is great. And it works so good it even lasted and held through a hurricane. We have a new awning. And it's been in storage for months. No need to replace it yet. This tape keeps going. ... show more

This tape is really strong but it doesn't stick as well as some others. I use this tape into the secured the ends with another tape that had stronger adhesive. Between the two it did a great job.

It's not a very good tape. Difficult to cut and wasn't sealing to the canvas as it said it would. Even wiped canvas with rubbing alcohol before hand. Won't be buying it again.

    • Awning tape is wonderful!
This product has proven to repair the worn out material on the top exposed area near the roof of my RV. It was relatively easy to apply and after two months in the warm and sometimes wet weather of Florida it is holding up nicely. I applied two strips side by side along the full length of the awning on the top and underneath sides. I have rolled up the awning during windy storm conditions and it is holding up well with the flexibility and adherence. I would recommend this tape as a good option to extend my awning usefulness as it gently ages. ... show more

    • Seems good at first .....
this tape applies very nicely and is very sticky. Looks great at the start. It does not, however, survive being exposed to sunlight. The adhesive becomes hard and brittle and destroys the bond. Tape then comes off very easily. Disappointing, as it was used to repair some holes in a tarp.
