The media could not be loaded. This is a great pillow if you are like me and don’t like flat pillows. They are on the firm side but it doesn’t feel hard and they stayed cool throughout the night too even though I used my bed sheets set pillowcases over it. Overall I’m very satisfied. If you like a none firm pillow and more fluffy or don’t like your head to be I little higher up so maybe this one is not for you. But if you like a strong head support but soft pillow without feeling like you’re sleeping on a rock then I recommend this pillow. It does have a little bit of smell to it but it seems like it is going away. I feel like putting it inside the dryer for 5 minutes using drying sheets helps. Hope this helps. ... show more

Nothing wrong with these pillows what so ever, just not quite what I was hoping for. The memory foam is comfortable but has more “give” than I would like. After a short time my head sinks more than I prefer. Additionally, the foam is slow to recover and return to full size when moving so during the night I find myself sliding and flipping the pillow to find a spot with full suppport. If you want something to cradle you head you may like this. If you want a pillow your head lays fully on top, as I do, you may prefer a solid foam rubber type pillow. ... show more

Edit... Still believe the pillows are 1 star but I bumped it up to 3 star because they have great customer service If you are like me looking at the sales page thinking "yes! I finally found firm pillows!" 9 out of 10 firmness! Sorry to burst your happiness but I'll save you $40 instead. These are so soft I can pinch a 5 inch pillow down to 0.5 inch with no effort. I'm not talking about the edge of the pillow. Lay my head down and it is almost touching the mattress with a wall of pillow in my face. Another Amazon fail. The pillows came vacuum packed just like the others I've tried. Makes it hard to return. I may just give them to the dogs and chalk it up to stop shopping Amazon. ... show more

As my first set of memory foam pillows, I couldn't be happier. They are very supportive and firm, yet comfortable. I used to use several pillows, that would always flatten out quickly, but this has been an upgrade. For reference, I'm a side sleeper. Would highly recommend.

This pillow is hard, not comfortable at all, it’s giving me neck and head pain. Also when i started using this pillow, i got a really bad cold and started having sinus problems.. couldn’t figure out what was giving me sinusitis until i stopped using these pillows then my sinusitis went away right away!! Its material is probably making me sick/allergic but i definitely do not recommend this product. Made me sick, horrible sleep, neck and head pain!! 0/10. ... show more

I just love these gel memory foam pillows!! They're just the right size and firmness for me. I'm mostly a side sleeper and find these to be very comfortable and supportive when on my side. But all around, these are good quality pillows and at a very good price point. I bought them for just under $20 each on Amazon Prime Day. You can't beat that for this type & quality of pillow.
