This pillow washes easily and I haven't had problems with my neck and morning headaches since I bought it. It seems larger then most pillows, but I like small pillows, so I just might be my perception. I recommend it.

My 200 dollar memory foam pillow had worn out so I was looking for a cheap replacement. It takes a while to puff up after you take it from the vacuum packed container and honestly I thought it was gonna be garbage. Its way lighter than the expensive super dense memory foam pillows. My husband hated it and literally threw it off the bed. I gave it a shot and I literally fell asleep like instantly on this thing. I usually struggle to sleep if my neck hurts and I cant get comfortable but this pillow is super supportive, my neck muscles relax fast and I just instantly fall asleep. Overall, this is a really nice pillow. One side is soft and somehow the other side is even softer! It has maintained its shape and has not flattened out, which is a definite plus. The only downside, it's not quite as "cooling" as some of the others we have had - the softness helps to make up for that. I have purchased so many ergonomic pillows I was beginning to think there were any good ones. Several years ago my husband forgot his pillow at a hotel when on vacation. The hunt was on and finally after all these years my husband loves his pillow and sleeps comfortably all through the night.

It's thick and a bit hard. Sounds ambiguous I know. But really I don't use it for sleeping. I use it to sit on for driving. It's perfect for that. I'm a truck driver and drive 11 plus hours a day. Comfort for my rear yes. But not for sleeping. Too thick and not soft enough. The cooling layer works but only for a few moments. My pillow is what I sleep on.
