I received the fixture with two broken glass pieces, most likely due to bad handling as the box was damaged. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent two replacements with a couple of days. Greta fixture and customer service at a great price compared to like fixtures.

Only complaint is that the screws that come down off the ceiling mount barely fit through the metal box when placing the caps on. My husband thankfully is strong enough that he used his thumbs to push as hard as he could against the box mount and I screwed on the caps when the screws poked through the holes. Otherwise it only took us about 15 minutes to build. 15 minutes to mount. And looks amazing. We did not end up using the 3 set of length extenders that it came with. ... show more

The directions left a little to be desired for installation. We finally figured it out and once we decided on the length from the ceiling, installation went smoothly.
