Bought because I have plantar fasciitis in both feet! Wide steps are perfect for support. A little bit difficult to assemble but not too hard. I use it all of the time. My only issue is I wish it were a little taller with maybe 6 steps instead of 4, but I should have done more shopping for a taller one. All in all a great product, I highly recommend. ... show more

I’m 71 yrs old and still like trying to do things myself. Bought this ladder. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. Was able to clean my gutters and not worry about falling. Love the side bars and top bar. Very secure. I highly recommend this ladder.

This ladder is great for anyone but especially older folks. We got the 4 step version and I can now comfortably reach the high selves and not feel that I am in a precarious position. There is some minor assembly involved but it’s not difficult. I love the slide on tool pocket. It is tall when folded so it doesn’t quite fit in my closet because of shelves but that wouldn’t be an issue with the three step version.
