This ladder has given me the freedom to change lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries without having to get someone to hold me steady in case I fall. I generally feel unstable on ladders, even when they are being held by someone, but this ladder is more like a staircase than a ladder (at least the first two steps) so it doesn't feel like I might fall when I use it. I really wish I had purchased this sooner. It is well made and easy to fold and unfold. It is a bit large, so finding a place to store it was the only problem I had with it.

Bought because I have plantar fasciitis in both feet! Wide steps are perfect for support. A little bit difficult to assemble but not too hard. I use it all of the time. My only issue is I wish it were a little taller with maybe 6 steps instead of 4, but I should have done more shopping for a taller one. All in all a great product, I highly recommend.

I’m 71 yrs old and still like trying to do things myself. Bought this ladder. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. Was able to clean my gutters and not worry about falling. Love the side bars and top bar. Very secure. I highly recommend this ladder.

This ladder is great for anyone but especially older folks. We got the 4 step version and I can now comfortably reach the high selves and not feel that I am in a precarious position. There is some minor assembly involved but it’s not difficult. I love the slide on tool pocket. It is tall when folded so it doesn’t quite fit in my closet because of shelves but that wouldn’t be an issue with the three step version. And slightly heavier than our old stepladder but we have no issues maneuvering. Very happy with this purchase.
