Sturdy for sure, doesn't slip. Definitely hold 500lbs. No wobbling. Only thing that would be cooler, and this is a personal preference, is if the handle part were a little taller, so there's more to hold onto while you're climbing up the steps. Would recommend.

This short two-step ladder is extremely handy in our home, especially since we seem to be shrinking. It is very sturdy and opens and closes easily. The rubber-like feet on this ladder keep it from sliding anywhere on the kitchen floor, so it is very stable. This short ladder closes to a fairly thin item and can fit behind a door nicely.
