Be very careful! The description for this item does not say whether this is propane or natural gas. The item shown here is propane. After reading the description and reviews, I thought it was natural gas and ordered it. When it arrived, it was propane. Received this heater and was so anxious to get it installed. We had it for a month before installing, got everything done and it wouldn’t fire. Come to find out I got a propane heater, when I thought I ordered a natural gas heater. No help from Amazon or the pool place. Now we can’t even get a propane to gas conversion kit. So Disappointing! ... show more
