  • Great sticks!
Style: 3-Pack
Super lightweight. Love the folding steps. They work great. Feel very secure. I am 5'10" 266lbs. Never once was worried

  • Nice!
Style: 3-Pack
These suckers are nice! Before buying these, I only has experience using two step sticks and as a bigger fella 250+ lbs, two step sticks are kinda terrifying to use. But, these three step didn't give me any worries at all, dug into the tree and stayed, wonderful sticks

  • Good sticks
Style: 3-Pack
Good light weight sticks that can be carried in and out quietly. The only downfall I have noticed is when climbing down the bottom of the sticks pull away from the tree. Definitely need to have a lineman belt or lifeline on for safety.

  • They get you up the tree
Style: 3-Pack
I've been using the Hawk Helium 30" climbing sticks for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with their performance. The lightweight aluminum construction makes them easy to carry, which is a huge plus for anyone who hikes deep into the woods for a hunt. I appreciate how compact they fold up, allowing for easy transport and storage. The setup is straightforward, and the traction on the steps provides great stability as I climb. I feel secure when I’m up in my treestand, which is essential for any hunter. The 30" height is perfect for reaching those higher spots without being cumbersome. My only minor drawback is that I wish the straps were a bit more robust. While they work fine, I can’t help but feel that sturdier straps would add an extra layer of confidence during setup and takedown. Overall, these climbing sticks offer excellent value for the price. They’re lightweight, durable, and easy to use, making them a solid choice for anyone looking to elevate their hunting game. I highly recommend them! ... show more

  • Well built sticks
Style: Climbing Sticks, 32"
Very well built and sturdy. I added a rope step to the bottom so I can climb higher with them. They grab to the tree pretty good and I like how the steps are curved outward. They are metal so of course they have some weight to them so these are more of set and leave them for a season vs the aluminum ones which are more portable. Overall amazing sticks. ... show more

  • Better than tree ladders!
Style: Climbing Sticks, 32"
Easy to put up and gives my 13" feet plenty of step to feel safe, but why don't they offer them with ratchet straps?

  • I was hoping for better
Style: 3-Pack
Been in the woods a few times now with the Hawks, and they are just okay but I won't buy any more of them. I have one set of these and three sets of Lone Wolf sticks which are slightly pricier but superior for several reasons. Pros: lightweight, straps have no metal buckle thereby reducing weight and noise, decent price point, foot pegs are in pairs so you can stand level on both feet, well-built aluminum sticks. Cons: straps are noisy on some types of treebark (Lone Wolf straps work fine on the same tree), the serrations that are cut into the steps are quite sharp on your hands, and perhaps most of all, the sticks lift off the tree as you're climbing (again, no issues with Lone Wolf, they stay tight to the tree because they cinch up with the buckle strap.) Happy hunting! ... show more

  • Beginner Hunter Thumbs Up
Style: 3-Pack
The media could not be loaded. So far, these have been really great climbing sticks. The inserts that hold them together are really tight, and as it gets colder, I could see how there is a possibility of them cracking or breaking, but so far, I haven’t had any break on me. I’ve set them up and tore them down to move a few times now, and each time gets a little faster and more efficient. I really enjoy having steps on both sides, especially since I’m new to the process, and can have both feet and legs holding me up evenly, instead of having one doing more than the other with the single sided step models. Mine came as the versa button models, and the only thing I would say is that the straps are a bit difficult to get the section you want to open, opened when you’re wearing gloves. Mostly because the straps are just maybe a little too slick? That being said, it’s really the only thing about these sticks I’ve not been super excited about…but that’s something I’m getting more use to working around and really isn’t a big deal. All in all, I would buy these again, and I don’t really see a reason to go with any others. ... show more
