  • Great quality climber
Very lightweight durable and quiet climber. Very stabil can stand anywhere on the platform including on edges and does not move stays in place bites very well into the tree, has plenty of room for bigger guys and has an extremely comfortable seat could sit in all day. Very good value for the money.

  • I want to say that I love this stand
First off I have never owned a climber stand. Up until now I have never used one. I have always used stationary stands, usually metal. I want to say that I love this stand. It is easy to use and set up. This is not the biggest thing though, IT IS SO DANG COMFY. I am a big guy wide as a truck. I am about 5-9' 280. A little cubby, but stocky. This thing has plenty of room. The seat is fanatic! Soft no noise when moving around. Nothing. My first hunt was an afternoon hunt. The wind was headed west and I was facing east. The sun was going down in my face warming me nicely. I was soaking in the surroundings. I watched a doe and her young offspring in the field to my right run in and out of the woods. The setting sun and the comfort of this tree stand made for on of my favorite hunts. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I am so happy I finally decided to purchase this. It is well worth the money. This thing feels completely safe and secure. It is really easy to seat the stand into the tree. And carrying it in and out of the woods is easy. 10 out of 10. Pros - quite - Large enough for big men - Easy to carry / hike with - Easy set up - Easy take down - Comfy - Looks cool Cons - Too comfy haha. Not really a con. I had to fight napping though :) ... show more

  • Great Climber!
Love it! Supper comfortable and sturdy. Definitely recommend for bigger guys. A little cumbersome for coming down the tree.

  • Highly recommend
I love this tree stand. Not heavy and can carry for miles. The only thing I have a issue with is it sits low on your back and every limb hits it going in a tight place. While in the tree you are sitting in a cradle so you can't fall out if you fall asleep. Highly recommend

  • Great tree stand
I had a summit tree stand before and really liked it but it was more skinny than this one and I could not put both arms down on my lap. Not a big deal until you have been in the stand for many hours and are trying to stay confortable. But this one is a few inches wider giving me more shoulder room and letting me sit with both arms down if I want. It also is light and very comfortable. I wish they had a bar instead of the plastic u’s for climbing but they work fine. ... show more

  • Great Climber only a few minor complaints
Overall it's a good solid climber. I've used this climber several times this year and found it very comfortable and sturdy. With being a bigger, taller guy I was a little concerned with maneuverability and comfort but after taking it out several times I found out quickly that this was not going to be an issue. My only real complaints so far would be some rattling noise. (metal on metal) in transit to to my tree. I know there is after market products to fix this issue I just thought for the price this shouldn't be an issue. Maybe foam fill the tubing to help dampen the noise. My other noticeable complaint would be I dont really care much for the backpack straps that came with it I didn't find them all that comfortable and unless I did it wrong it's not very secure and tends to slide on me when going over rougher terrain and longer distances. With all that being said I still recommend this climber I love it. This climber has opened up my ability to hunt multiple locations without having to buy several stands and I've been able to set up in more areas only accessible by foot. I'm not dragging stands through a 3/4 mile heavy timber and creeks so this climber works perfect for my needs and the two minor complaints I had are easily fixable. I hope this might help some of you out and best of luck ... show more

  • Best stand for big dudes.
I'm a pretty big guy. the stand is a little heavy to pack in, plus if you have a backpack too, it can be fairly heavy, but thats the price you pay when youre a big guy. Best climber i ever owned.

  • this stand is comfortable, stout and sturdy in a tree
I am going to write a review for the first time. I purchased this stand from amazon before last season. I had no previous climbing stand experience so I watched the safety video and a few you tube videos as well. My wife has the account so this is under her name. Pros: I am 6 ft 3 and weigh 265 lbs. this stand is comfortable, stout and sturdy in a tree. I have no issues climbing a tree 25 plus feet. I saw ample deer and was able to stand up quietly. Cons: The shrink wrap cable is strong but due to use the shrink wrap is already peeling and tore. The seat backing gets noisy against the tree. The internal material squeaks or something. The only remedy I have found for this is to stuff a jacket behind to silence it or leave it down below the seat and using the tree as a back rest. The only noise this stands makes is while sitting. no noise while standing at all, but overall I would recommend this stand and I do plan on buying 1 more. Its a solid stand and plat form. ... show more
