Terrible customer service from the seller and the product is awful too. The product is crap quality and you'll know within 5 minutes of putting it together how loud it'll be in the woods. You'll wake up the whole woods making any sudden movement in it. If you do try to put it back in the box, good luck. It's practically impossible. I had to add to the original box in order to fit all the pieces and components in. When you anticipate your refund, you'll get less than half because they'll say it "looks used" and therefore can't be resold. Maybe if you had a box that semi-easily fit the pieces so they're not scratching together and added some foam to your original packaging, you'd avoid that issue. So I will never buy this product or from this company again. My worst return experience I've had in 10 years.

Will NEVER buy a MUDDY product again. ! Spreetail has awesome service !!! Muddy needs to find some cardboard that's sufficient for shipping. There was a half a roll of shipping tape trying to hold the box together. This is muddy's fault. Stand is super loud, if you move, stand, turn, you won't get to make the shot. When I ordered it Spreetail did an absolute awesome job and I had the stand the next day. It was missing the hardware in the original Muddy box, it felt like soft paper instead of cardboard. Spreetail had excellent service and I had the hardware in two days. This time a gun rest stop was missing. Once again Spreetail sent it and I had it in two days. This is the absolute LOUDEST stand I have ever used. When I used the rachet straps it actually bent the metal that is supposed to grip the tree. 0 rating for Muddy Spreetail gets a solid 10 for their customer service.

Bought this stand back in June and started to assemble right away. Everything was fine until I noticed that the seat bar is missing. Called customer service and they told me that it’s no problem and they will send a new part out right away. After two weeks there was no part so I called back and they said that it was on back order and they will send out a replacement stand and that was good enough for me. Another three weeks goes by and nothing, I call back another 4 times and still nothing yet everyone I talked to assured me that a replacement stand would ship. Last week I reached out for my money back and they told me the will send a stand in stock it’s manager approved and gave me a tracking number and yet I call to find that over night this is out of stock and there isn’t another stand to fill the order. Very disappointed since hunting season is right around the corner and I’ve spend 240$ to have metal sit in my porch for the past 3 months.

Not going to give the review yet on comfort and sturdiness cuz not set up in the tree yet but easy to assemble that's a joke this was beat up to hell and back my husband had to literally unbend things to get it to work we are not sending it back because he needs it this weekend not happy with how the product was sent to us whether it was shipping or not!!

Hard to assemble. When got to seat, found small bar supporting all your weight. Of course, climbed up in it to put padding on shooting rail when one side of seat gave way. Rear end slid to where feet go. Needs sturdier seat. Had someone put permanent seat on bars. Sliding seat bad design. Disappointed in flimsy support for butt 20 feet in air.

Tension rod didn’t fit with the seat. Back rest didn’t fit with the seat. Holes didn’t line up for securing the seat. Two screws missing. Horrible building experience. I am almost finished and I will be breaking this down and returning it.

I bought two Skybox Deluxe stands this summer. One of them had a manufacturing defect - the bracket that holds the support bar to a ladder rung was welded poorly, and it snapped right off (photo). I e-mailed customer service about it and included this photo. No response. Two weeks later I called the customer service number. Again, no response - no one ever answered the phone. I e-mailed them again, reminding them of my previous attempts to contact them. I NEVER heard from them! I give up. As far as I can tell, customer service is non-existent at this company. And that's a shame.

I have several ladder stands and this was by far the most frustrating to put together. The instructions are confusing and the manufactured parts do not as instructions say. I don't believe they do any quality review prior to shipping. I would not reccomend
