I came on here to find something to stop getting up at night several times with a very uncomfortable urgency to urinatine. I was leaving work meetings unable to last an hour without going to the bathroom , which was noticable and embarrassing. That said I purchased this product out of desperation and bewilderment that this going to the bathroom had become my new norm.     • READ the ingredients before you buy.
I can’t blame this on the product. I blame this on myself for really not reading. Did not realize this was a PM formula. Not sure why you’d want to put melatonin in this. Trust me from experience that long term use of melatonin is a bad idea. It will throw you brain chemical balance out of whack. Angry with myself for not paying attention. This explains why I’ve been tired a little more lately! Took it for 10 days so far and as far as prostate health THAT part works. My Urologist recommended saw palmetto. I kind of wish it said take this at night. Literally the instructions just say take after a meal. That’s why I didn’t realize it for awhile. Anyway, just know that this has melatonin and do your research. It’s not a bad product. Just not a fan of melatonin in things. ... show more

I bought this product back in April 2021.. I started using in May 2021. I take it with hydraulic acid & biotin.. It is now July 2021.. I haven’t had my hair this full in years. I was suffering with hormonal problems and lost so much hair.. FYI this stuff has some of the same ingredients as propecia/finesteride.. if you are having issues with prostate or urinating I also recommend.. I’m super happy with my results.. and I am not has consistent as I should be. The pictures speaks for itself.. AGAIN I DO TAKE HA & biotin with saw palmetto PM. Ooooh I forgot to add my husband loves to take it for bed. Acts like melontonin., ... show more

I purchased the regular version of this product multiple times and it works great. I saw this “nighttime” version and thought maybe it would work even better to prevent frequently waking to urinate at night? These don’t even work nearly as good as the regular version, and I paid more for them. My advice is to avoid paying more and stick with the regular version which works well. ... show more

Alright upfront and blunt. At first wasnt sure if wld work or not. I read lots of the reviews but customers never post anything serious or much about the product. So l still went on and order my two bottles. The am and pm. I like the am more. Ok its been almost two monts and i reorder my second batch. So. Yes they work. And l started noticing the síntoms after a month. Simtoms such as bigger and stronger string of pee, from start to end. And lots of pee. Finally l feel like l complitly empty my blader and l l like that very much. Specially at night when l go to bed or when driving long distances. Before l started taking the product my pee string it was really weak and dripping. And l always had the sensation of having to go to pee again. Even when l whent either nothing come out or few drops . I used to spend hours in the bathroom trying to pee. But not anymore. Overall l feel great and l can see the good efects . Try it . I'm only 47 and, for about two years, I've felt like I had to urinate much more frequently and I usually only urinate a relatively small amount. After the first few months of this, I had a urinary tract infection so I was given antibiotics that cleared it up. My doctor then sent me to see a urologist and I was put through the TRULY AWFUL cystoscopy examination only to be told that everything looked good. The only thing he noticed was a slight enlargement of my prostate (from the initial prostate examination which, by the way, is also awful). So I've been living with the frequent urges to urinate and waking up at night to urinate for about 2 years. Until now. I've been taking these Saw Palmetto supplements and, holy hell! They actually work. I urinate MUCH more when I go to the bathroom and I don't have the annoying frequent urges any more. I'm also not waking up at night to pee! There's another benefit that I've noticed - the firt time I experienced a climax after taking them for a week or so was likely the most extreme climax I've ever experienced. I use this for male BPH. I ordered my first 90-day supply order in Feb. 2020. It worked so well, I ordered my second 90-day supply in May 2020. Prior to using this product, I was purchasing a product which was nearly 3-times the amount with similar results. I use it each evening with my other evening meds. This, along with other perscriptions has significantly reduced / eliminated my nighttime bathroom trips. Basically, I take it each evening at the same time as all my other evening pills and I don’t need to get up each night hour after hour. I get a full 8-hours sleep without the need to relieve myself until morning. This is a great product which I would personally recommend to any male with BPH.
