So this came in and I must say that I really like it. Just how it feels in the hand is nice. It looks really nicely made. The only thing I don't like is the lack of paperwork or anything telling you where you can get replacement parts for it because the inside flap of the box shows a breakdown of the reel and a list of all the parts. Beyond that I like it. I plan to give it a workout next week and see if I can catch this huge alligator gar that has been taking our line on smaller reels with 25lbs drag max. This reel is great it has a strong drag and smooth reel in. The size is great for bigger fish. I can't wait to land a big one. I put 70lb braided line on mine.

Price wasn’t bad so I thought I’d give it a try. Reminder, you get what you pay for. Line does not easily feed off the spool and bail has to be closed manually. Poorly made and/or engineered. I definitely won’t risk loosing a large fish on a reel like this.
