The tent works well but the instructions could use an update. There is an instruction to insert a pole somewhere for the weather cover, and I never could figure out where in the world it was supposed to go, so we just laid it on top and clipped it to the legs. My 4 year old son is excited about sleeping outside lately. My husband is ok with the idea of just "sleeping out under the stars" but I am not as enthusiastic about the idea of mosquitoes and spiders crawling around while I'm sleeping. So we needed a tent, and this is way nicer than what I was aiming for. It is spacious inside with plenty of room for the 3 of us to sleep. I think it comfortably sleeps 3 persons if your bags and stuff are gonna be in the tent with you. The little pockets inside to hold your devices or books is convenient. I received it yesterday and set it up right away in my living room. It is very spacious and good quality comparing the other one i just returned. I do not know water proof or resistance because I am gonna use it in door and bacony now.
