I have to start off saying that it was a pleasure doing business with the Amazon seller. My order was damaged when it arrived at my house. I contacted the seller and I had a response within 12 hours. The seller corrected the issue and sent out the replacement parts. After my initial contact I felt like the seller was waiting you help me out anytime I needed them. The response time from the seller after the first contact was about five minutes. The customer service that I received was exceptional. I was looking for a party tent and I purchased the 20x20. The quality is good and solid. Total assembly time takes about 2 hours and it requires more than one person. I was very skeptical before purchasing because of the name of the product. Don't be fooled by the name because this isn't some cheap Chinese junk. The items were shipped from Georgia and the seller was able to communicate properly. Impossible to return it was a big tent. The hardware and everything else was cheapltly made. Out of $400 I got $16 in return. Waste!
