This is a very nice vanity. The mirror had been broken during transit. I reached out to the company to inquire if they could replace that part for me. Not only did they respond right away and ensure they would send a replacement, but also checked back twice to make sure it arrived and was undamaged. I wanted a cute vanity desk for my room. Steer clear of this one. Here is some honest feedback: 1. I received a damaged vanity. As the pics show, there was substantial damage to the desk. Even one of the glass panels was broken. I wanted to send it back, but return shipping was going to cost $90 after paying $60 initially to get it. Luckily, there are people in my family that know their way around Home Depot. 2. It’s tiny. Like once it’s assembled, it’s the same height as a Melissa and Doug play kitchen. So small, my chair (normal height chair) did not fit underneath. I eventually bought legs to put on the vanity to raise it up. Even that was a struggle because the frame is metal, not wood. So I ended up with bed risers. 3. The lights are plastic. Like Dollar Tree quality. Not worth $300+. 4. The drawers are small. I’m not a content creator or anything, so I feel like I have a normal amount of makeup. There wasn’t enough space for all of my stuff. 5. The light switch is super inconvenient. It’s made onto the cord that plugs into the wall. So there isn’t really enough slack to have the switch conveniently placed to turn it on or off. 6. Assembly was a nightmare. I didn’t have instructions included so I had to search online and find them. There were about 100+ pieces. It took me and a friend 8 hours to put it together (that’s why I was so bummed with the finished product; I felt like I wasted my time). That’s it. My honest review. If I could go back in time, would I still purchase this? NO! I would buy an actual desk and put a mirror on top. That would be better than this. TLDR: This desk was received damaged, is child sized tiny, is made with cheap materials, storage is minimal, not designed well, and will waste 8+ hours of your life to assemble. Okay let’s start off by saying this was a pretty good purchase. It came in pretty quickly with prime although I still had to pay 50-60 dollars in shipping. 🙄 so the instructions say you need a drill and a screwdriver….well you need more than that!!! You need patience, a handy man, and Jesus! This package weighs almost 100lbs 95… or so. As pictured you can tell we got every little part!!! Nothing was put together! The instructions were clear for the most part. Be ready to use your brain when putting this together! If you don’t have a great relationship with your spouse I don’t recommend buying this one! We laughed the whole time but my husband is amazing! This desk could probably withstand a tornado! It’s very sturdy! Great size! Plenty of storage and room. With all that work to put it together you would think a chair would be included but no….its not. It’s a great buy! I love the lights and everything about it so far. Wish me luck on finding a stool or chair though. I would 10/10 recommend this makeup desk just take my review serious lol it’s not for the weak!!! ... show more

The Switch is faulty from manufacturer. Been going back and forth with trying to resolve and there's significant push back. The lights flicker and can cause headaches if you are trying to focus with them on. Seller asked me to send pictures... of a flickering light. Did not provide means to send video. Then after, is telling me its the switch, almost like they have had issues before. I asked for new lights and a switch to save time, seller keeps pushing switch and being difficult, waiting for me to give them the "go ahead to make a decision" when me CONTACTING YOU already made my decision. It is now the sellers responsibility to rectify. I take responsibility for failure to contact Amazon sooner, but come on. The first 6 months is standard for most industry of manufactured goods. I asked for both lights and switch to be sent out so when I have to personally FULLY replace the lights I don't have to take everything apart again, and waste MORE TIME. This whole thing took over 8 hours with two intelligent people TO BUILD in the first place. Needless to say, it's OVERPRICED "particle board" with a painted wood looking veneer with poor customer service like everything else furniture wise that this seller more than likely provides. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY HERE. Also, the picture of the woman standing next to the vanity set has to be under 5ft tall because this vanity set is NOT waist high for an average height individual and is pictured only to encourage false impressions of the product being worth the cost. Ok, so the time to build this vanity was 6hrs (for me). The instructions are legible enough to understand what goes where. I messed up on 2 or 3 things but it’s alright. The vanity came with extra pieces, so that’s GREAT. The glass came intact and well preserved. The lights look really nice and the outlet works. Key to doing this efficiently is getting a drill and a long “L” key. I wish there was an option to purchase a wood color vanity in this style and was built a little taller..
