paid about 400$ for this table it arrived with a nonworking scoreboard. when you put batteries in it, it immediately comes on and makes a repeated clicking sound and the score displays blink in time with the clicking noise. I contacted support and they sent me a new scoreboard with the same problem. I am now stuck with a 400$ air hockey table without a working scoreboard. This is a complete disappointment and would like to get my money back. DO not buy this product, it appears it is just too cheaply made. ... show more

    • Table Good, Pucks & Strikers LED Lights Bad
12-28-21 FYI we ordered this in November as a Christmas Gift and so you are aware the manufacture warranty is 180 days from the date of purchase. The assembly was fairly easy and was done in about a half hour. You can assemble this with one person, but mfg recommends two. I suggest using a screw gun to make it easier to put on the leg panels (the panels that help stabilize the two sets of legs) Be careful not to strip out screws holes as this product if made of MDF (medium density fiberboard). The table looks nice and so far seems to be good. Also, the air flow is sufficient. The problems are the LED pucks and strikers. The very first game played one of the pucks LEDs stopped working and by the forth time of playing the other puck broke and one of the strikers the LED lights had stopped working and you could hear a rattle in it. The good news is that the manufacturer, Blue Wave (Hathaway), will be sending replacements for these items and they also said that they would cover the replacement of these again through the warranty period if they should fail again. I do believe that the LED pucks and strikers are going to be a problem issue for them so if these replacement ones also go out quickly or break I will replace them with the standard pucks and strikers. Other than that the table and electronic scorer seems to be good thus far. ... show more

    • Led Lights BIG Fail!
This table is quite amazing for the size and sturdiness. But, the led lights in the pucks were a complete failure! Now, we have 2 unhappy kiddos that they cannot keep playing in the dark because their lights stopped working.

    • Overall good table; couple of minor assembly issues; replacement pucks not lighted.
Very little assembly required. The lower 2 panels which fit between the legs did not have holes in the legs for the screws to fit into. There were dimples instead where the holes should have been. Easly fixed by drilling them. Similar problem with the scorer. It is attached with 2 screws but the two holes did not line up. Again, fixed by drilling a new hole. Last issue: the pucks are lighted and one was cracked on the battery cover and did not work. Called the consumer hotline and gave them the part number of the pucks as listed in the instructions. They promptly sent several new pucks for the part number I provided from the instructions, but they were not lighted. I am disappointed about that. Given the minor assembly issues and incorrect replacement pucks, I lowered my rating by one star. ... show more

just not quality for price and mine was damaged. I didn't realize it until putting it together thou that the corner piece was broken and one of the ends was loose. My bad!!

Would be a great buy if it wasn't for the fact that the LED Pucks and LED Strikers rarely light up as described since purchasing.
