I was initially skeptical about ordering this air hockey table after reading some mixed reviews, but I’m glad I took the chance. It arrived in great condition, with no damage like others mentioned. It works perfectly, and my family absolutely loves it! The lights are a fun addition, making games even more exciting. One thing to note is it’s extremely heavy. It took four people to move it to our family room. The table did come in gray, which I was happy about, but just a heads-up if you’re expecting black like it might look in the picture, this isn't the one for you. It’s a cool looking nice table the LEDs light up. But I cannot get it to keep score and the issue is one of two problems. It could cost between 200-350 to fix it. Amazon was very good about crediting me back $375 off the price. It’s been a major pain in the butt getting someone to come out here and fix it for me. But I did and it’s worth it. Because of a few bad reviews, we ALMOST did NOT order. SUPER GLAD we took a chance!!! Nothing broken. Lots of STYROFOAM around product. Was easy to assemble--took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble by our son and 21 year old grandson. You assemble it in packaging--upside down; then FLIP it over. Therefore, it was nice to have 4 people (one on each corner to FLIP. ) Board to play on is very WHITE with a little bit of grey and a little bit of RED The LIGHTS running around 4 sides of board ALL worked and are LOTS OF Colors. The counter around working board looks like Brown Mahogany wood and same for LEGS. Good looking -- NOT CHEAP looking at all. Love the ARCHED scoreboard standing TALL. IT is EASY to read score. Did not like some that scoreboard was FLAT on SIDE of countertop around playing board. I did come with a FEW pads if you NEED to LEVEL. We didn't need. 2 red Pucks and 2 red Pushers One RED PUSHER with lights One BLUE PUSHER with lights plus 2 WHITE PUCKS with lights. If you don't put this product by the wall, you need an EXTENSION CORD. Evaluate your room and decide the length of cord so you have available. We have ALREADY played a few rounds.. They will not respond to any emails or messages and I have left several.The it does not keep score and lights stopped working after one month . Very easy to set up. Alan wrench included. You’ll need a Philips head screwdriver to screw the scoreboard in (works Great no bugs). I think I might want to find a heavier puck because it seems to light (flys away if you hit it too hard, but that’s every air hockey table).

The table itself is fairly well mad, but I have 3 issues that ultimately made me return this. The biggest issue was the size. Although the listing says 96x48, this is the outside dimensions. Not a huge deal but I was looking for a full size table. The playing surface size is 42.5" x 80.75" which shrinks the table well below the mentioned dimensions and the pictures make it hard to see how much on the goal sides is lost.. I would have accepted that for the price point but the next 2 issues got me rethinking the entire purchase. When I received the item the on / off toggle switch was broken. I was able to wire it temporarily for use until a new switch would arrive. 2nd electrical was the final straw. after playing for around 10 minutes the machine would randomly restart erasing the score. This seems to happen after it warms up and once it starts it does not stop until you let it cool down. A 3rd issues is the "touch" buttons are in a bad spot. When someone is plying it makes it very easy to hit one by mistake and restart a game. I have no doubt that I would get new parts when calling the manufacture but I decided I didnt want to pay this kind of money to keep swapping out parts.     • Electronics failed after two weeks but service was responsive and moderately helpful
Initially, the quality of the table seemed quite high. Assembly was quite easy. It was great fun for the family. Unfortunately, after 16 days of use, the electronic scoring on one goal has quit working, which really takes away a lot of the fun when only one person's score is counted. I haven't yet contacted Atomic customer service. I will update this post after I receive their response. I've changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. My initial rating was because the electronics failed. However, my email to customer service at Atomic was responded to within 24 hours and they directed me to the problem. They noted that the sensors were likely out of alignment. When I looked in the area they suggested, I found one of the sensors dangling as it had come unbolted. I bolted it back and all is fine. I found the service very responsive and I liked that. However, they did only point me in the right direction and it was up to me to take what they said and fix the problem. That was ok for me as I have an engineering degree. I'm not sure that will be enough for everyone. Then, again, had I asked for more help, they would have likely given it to me. The reality is that the electronics are very simple. There is just not much to fix. One last note. I see one of the prior criticisms is that there is a high spot in the table at the logo. That is still the case on my table. We don't mind it as it kind of keeps the puck from getting stuck in the middle of the table. ... show more
