Agree with other reviews - HEAVY, but worth it a lot of fun multi purpose family fun dining entertainment hobby study table! Be prepared, it's loaded on a pallet, packed in a ton of cardboard, 2 separate big boxes - one is the table top and the others are the benches and legs. Have at least 2 other decently strong people ready to helpin delivery day. That being said, after unpacking assembly isn't too bad, about an hour for all. Note our table top was damaged and one of the benches too but a quick call to customer service had new replacements delivered in a few weeks! 5 star customer service! The table has screw in levellers on legs to adjust for a level playing surface. Comes with 2 cues, balls, ping pong balls, net, paddles, pool cue chalk. Ok pool cues very basic and blue chalk for a red table? No. Buy ur own better cues and red chalk. Ping pong paddles basic too but usable. The play on pool is fine for casual. Ping pong table great too. If you're looking for family fun with a multi use table, nothing beats this for the price. A pleasant surprise is the benches are upholstered with a dense quality foam all the way across the seat, very comfy! Benches for easily 3 grown adults across or 4 kids easily. Dining is great. Put a few end chairs and you have enough for 8-10 with room for all the food and plates on the table. We use a nice tablecloth on top and the wood is nice and sturdy, will hold a turkey dinner for Thanksgiving with all the trimmings no problem. Gave 4 stars rating because some parts damaged but they did replace them. As far as pool, ping pong and dining it is great for all of the above! We are very pleased with this product and friends enjoyed it and want one too! ... show more

This Pool table is Garbage ,Warped in the middle makes it impossible to get leveled...There's no Customer service.I feel like I'm just out of $1500.I give this product minus 2 stars 👎🖕

When we bought it off Amazon it said we had the option for room delivery but would not let me process the order with it. So we were annoyed but not surprised when a single guy was here for delivery and would not put it any further than our garage. Fair enough. What wasn’t fair enough was the listing saying that the table was a little more than 300 lbs total and finding that we had 2 boxes, one weighing about 150 lbs and another weighing about 350 lbs. That’s a far cry from the weight we were expecting. We still powered through and managed to get everything down into our basement, just the 2 of us. And then we saw the tear in the felt. No problem, I read the previous reviews and knew the company would take care of it. In the mean time, I sewed it up as best I could so we could still play while emailing the company. The company’s response was fast and professional. The issue we had was they sent us a ‘replacement’. Now I assumed that meant a replacement felt for the top of the table. No, they sent us a whole new 300lb table top box. And told us to just dispose of the other one. 🤦🏻♀️ The second table top’s felt was fine so we moved it into the basement, this time paying the delivery driver $40 to help my husband get it down there. Only to find out after complete unboxing that one of the bottom pieces was not in place correctly. We did managed to get it assembled anyway so we just left it as we could not take a THIRD top into our basement. Next we had to pay a company $80 to haul away the damaged table top to the dump because our trash men could not take it (don’t blame them one bit). So we are out an additional $120 we didn’t expect to pay for an error on the company. Not happy about that. The actual table is very nice. We like the storage in the benches and it converts easily to table tennis. We did buy extra (nice)pool sticks and paddles based on other reviews and let the kids use the ones that came with it. I just wish the company would invest in people to replace the damaged felt instead of sending out a whole new heavy table top as their solution. ... show more

Updates: We have had this pool table for over a year! We have taken it through a move, and I have to say I still love it. The surface is smaller than standard regulation of course. So when you go to play pool on a larger table you have to readjust. We have the ping pong side up during Christmas so we can hang our lights! We actually use it as our dinning table. It's a great piece. Best purchase for our house. We use this as our dining table. So much fun and great in an open concept home. We entertain all the time ... show more
