We originally bought this bed because we thought we would utilize the storage functionality of it a lot. Has not happened. The side shelves, houses books that we read but the overall storage section is very narrow so it can maybe only hold pillows if they are thin. Aside from that, we are really happy with this bedframe. It has held up pretty well, we are four months in and no issues, It did take about 2-2.5 hours to build and that was a pain. If you're taller than 6ft highly recommend NOT getting this but if you're 5'4 like me and shorter it's a decent bed for the price. I personally like my beds higher up because I like to jump into bed and this one you just flop unto it. But it looks nice and if you are looking for a "quiet" bed with a easy access storage this bed is great. Assembling is tricky but if you're a tinker this easily distracts you for 5 hours maybe 7 if you want the tiny led lights, I didn't bother with them. ... show more

Really love this bed! Putting it together wasn’t too difficult until you get to the headboard which was a pain in the butt. Definitely need 2 people to put it together. It’s really sturdy, better than I expected. The lights around the bottom of the frame don’t stick well so I used 2 sided tape and that worked great. I really like the lighted bottom when I get up in the middle of the night. And the remote for the lights have a dimmer so the brightness is adjustable. I’d say if you like the look of the bed but are on the fence, go for it- you won’t be disappointed. ... show more

Look of the frame is cute,a bit of a pain to put together. Lights are cool to look at but do not stick anywhere on the frame. Day one it was falling off. Had to buy a different adhesive to keep them on. You get what you pay for. Comfort is ok with a new mattress. Or previous didn't fit as it was too large for the headboard. One idea I'd love is the ability to lift the headboard to a higher place ... show more
