Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a nice bunk bed and great value for the price. The structure is OK. We needed to tighten the screws and bolts a couple of times, as our kids are pretty rough jumping and climbing on the bed. Overall we recommend it. On a different note, one piece arrived defective and the vendor provided replacement right away, arriving in juat two days. Great customer support.

I purchased this bunkbed, the price was reasonable and it was the measurements I needed in a small bedroom with 3 boys. This is the most solid bed I ever owned. Solid wood strong bolts. The bed took about 13 hours give or take, with me reading instructions and my husband, doing the work. The package came in 3 boxes. I had a metal bunk bed that lasted maybe 2 years, I feel this will last a lot longer. I am very satisfied with this ☺️

Good stuff: - Great value for the money - Sturdy construction - Clear assembly instructions - All hardware included - Very well protected packaging - Nice paint job, attractive design Drawbacks: - Moderate “new paint” or “fresh glue” odor; needs to air out. This is typical these days but I wish it wasnt so strong. The room needed a window open to air out. - Not enough slats included. There were 28. There are 3 beds. The instructions show more slats on top bunk than bottom and trundle. This does not make sense. We are adding several more slats for support, especially with the thin mattress you need to use - Assembly time: Lot of parts. Lot of hardware. For an experienced assembler working quickly, I am at 4 hours start to finish. Took about an hour to just unpack! - One hole needed to be drilled out further. Everything else lined up perfectly.

While shopping for bunk beds online, I was a bit dubious on the reviews I read and the products being offered; plus, shopping for furniture online is a bit of a new venture for me. I decided on this bunk bed, and it was the right pick. This bed is built well, and feels sturdy, but I awarded it 4/5 stars due to some lessons learned: - It takes about 6-8 hours to assemble with no rush - Most of the holes line up save for one when assembling the actual structure (which is pretty impressive, really) - The wood support slats for the bed didn't seem to cover the length of the mattress itself, so a couple more were made and installed (I'd recommend this part, and is easy to cut to length) - I had to dremel out the notch that the wood support stick set in for the drawers to allow for the stick itself to sit in. For the price point, and the minor touchup I had to do, to ultimately get a solid structured bunk bed...I'll take it! Thanks.

We bought two of these bunk beds about a year ago. What we like: The design is great. We like having the trundle bed below for sleepovers. We also like the bit of extra storage. And in general it feels sturdy. And the price was pretty good relative to other options. What we don't like: We've encountered two problems. The first issue was that the bed comes with a small number of slats to hold up the mattress. It didn't seem like enough, so we ended up buying extra slats, which negated some of the cost benefit. The second issue didn't present itself until many months later, when we noticed scratch marks along our vinyl floor where the trundle wheels roll. Our floor is pretty sturdy so this was extra surprising. In one instance the wheel fell off completely, but even in places where the wheels were still in place we noticed there were scratch marks (the wheels are plastic and kind of sharp). This bunkbed uses extremely high quality material and honestly it’s a bit overkill for a kids bunk bed. Instructions isn’t bad but you will need to set 3-4 hours to erect this thing. The only gripe is the crawl space when using quality mattresses it can be cramped so stay under 10 inch when purchasing mattresses

Great bed! A couple people needed to put up. It was missing a couple screws when I got to the slide in bed part and contacted seller. They sent out plenty of replacement screws. I think it was an entire set. I did ask specifically for item numbered but they went above and beyond. Happy

We bought two of these for our grandkids room. The direction booklet is vague and hard to read. You will definitely want to use a power screwdriver, especially for the slats under the mattresses. Use provided Allen wrench to tighten each bolt. We had to deal with a couple split boards but nothing unmanageable. Beds are sturdy and look great! I did apply some treads stickers to the ladders as they are bit slippery. We bought one bed and assembled before deciding to get the second one so yes, would recommend this bed.
