I’ve put this product together but I’m having issues with the screws holding the product together. The screws holding the wood for the mattress are pulling out and the knobs for the trundle are stripped so the screws don’t work. Additionally I purchased an 8 inch mattress for the trundle based on specifications and the drawer won’t close. Update - the customer service for this vendor is exceptional. I was a bit sketchy about ordering a bed off amazon but it was the best decision. It was extremely easy to put together. I even manually put the screws in to the slates without a drill. Sturdy enough for my little rascal and looks beautiful. It looks like I spent a lot of money on it which I like. No complaints. I purchased one white and one black. It is definitely easy to assemble and clear instructions, and also all the tools you need are included. Material is not so good, but value for money. You would get what you pay for. For the 8,9 years old kids that is enough.
