UPDATED REVIEW changed overall rating -- Customer service was impeccable. After contacting the seller regarding the items mentioned below, the seller messaged us about the part delay and items scratched, and worked to send out items as soon as possible. Furthermore, the seller was apologetic. To acknowledge the inconvenience, the seller completed a partial refund. We completed the item - must have two people to complete and carefully read each step. But once completed, the item looks gorgeous, is sturdy, and look forward to having guests stay with us. This product came in 3 boxes. However, I was initially delivered two boxes. I contacted seller for the third box, and they said the third one had a delay. Fast forward - it definitely requires two people. The directions were not too overwhelming, but do take one step at a time. A couple steps were a little confusing because it did not indicate holes, but there were pre-filled holes which we ended up drilling through. Lastly, I had to contact the seller again, because there was a missing a part that was essential for the pullout drawer, which incurred another delay. The items itself had a piece of wood cracked, some corner sides that were smashed, and some painting issues which we contacted the seller. Can update once we finish the product.
