We got a twin and a full. Love the instructions and overall quality of both units. Securing to the wall is no joke. They use powerful pneumatic actuators and that makes for easy use, but do attach the unit firmly to the wall. Good fit for us and a good price.

This is a really nice piece of furniture. I was concerned because we were unable to unbox and assemble for several months after purchase due to work schedules. So, I knew that if there were any problems it would be too late to ask the manufacturer to help. Well, I had nothing to worry about!! All the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly, all the parts were included and with 2 people it took 2 days to complete! I'm very impressed! I would buy this again, in fact am considering getting another for our guest room. One little issue.. the screws that are intended to attach the little handles that are used to pull the bed down are about 1/4 inch too short. Had to go to hardware store for different screws, but that is no big deal.

The only reason it is not getting 5 stars is the instructions were somewhat difficult to decipher. Other than that, it’s perfect for my office/bedroom. It is sturdy and is really very classy looking once it’s all assembled. You definitely will need two or more people to help with some of the steps. Took my two full days to assemble! Would buy again.

Great quality for what it is(not real wood). Took my husband 3 days to put together when he had time and he said instructions were very easy to follow, came with extra hardware and everything lined up. Overall for price of unit, great purchase!

Completely absent customer service. A part broke during assembly and I have sent two emails to the company trying to order a replacement part. Now I have a partly assembled murphy bed taking up space unusable and with no way to complete it.

Ok so here is my review: 1st let me start by saying… people when u do reviews make sure u post pics… because I can’t see what 5 stars look like without pics but anyways! 1. I received my package by some angry or upset FedEx guy. He didn’t even want to bring my package up the stairs to my house because he said it was too heavy for him. Like hello do you not have a dolley. Just know u will need two people to carry this. So he left it by the garage and my mom and I did it. Then 1st box I open first board is cracked. Probably by FedEx mishandling packages. But anyways. I told the sellers about it. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted that board replaced. Then I decided to check the other boxes for damaged parts. That was the only damaged board until I broke the door part putting it together and trying to hold the bed down at the same time. I again told the seller what happened. And they responded asap, they sent another box and replaced the boards . 2. Their customer service is excellent, they responded by Amazon messages back and forth every single day until I received my package. They were very polite and eager to help. 3. When I tell u this bed is really nice, believe u me… omg! I love it! 4. It comes down easy, goes up easy, make sure ur mattress weigh about 52 lbs I think because mine was 47 and the bed was going up a little but it’s good now that I added all boards and things to it. Thank you so much sellers for helping me and I hope my review is helpful to everyone.
