I love it. My 9yr old loves it. I got it for her because she loves the space under the bed to use as her own personal me time area. The desk area could have more desk space. Good for laptop not so much desktop unless small sizes. The structure of the bed is massive and extremely sturdy and heavy. Will definitely last a long time. Her room is small so I put small dresser under the bed and made two separate hang out spaces for her. She has a full size bed so it took up a lot of space in her room. But overall we love it. I gave 4 stars because its too big and we're not taking it down it took almost 14hrs to put together but well worth it. If the kids room is small and you want to utilize more space get the twin. ... show more

Overall, this bed is a great value and looks really nice once assembled. The instructions could definitely be clearer, as one section was a bit confusing, which led to some difficulty during assembly. Unfortunately, a board that was meant to be used as the desk piece was damaged while I was trying to put it together. That said, the customer service has been excellent. I reached out to the seller, explained the situation, and they were very responsive and helpful. They immediately offered to send replacement parts, even though it requires sending additional pieces. I really appreciate how quickly they handled the issue and their willingness to help. Still, I’m very happy with how the company handled the situation and would recommend them. ... show more

The bed was not made of the best material and broke. I contacted the vendor and they offered me a refund. Their customer service handled the problem well. It was a no win situation when the material was not in good order.
