Unstable brakes easily
Color: Grey With Stairs and Wardrobe
Size: Full
This bed is trash. There is no stability and we have only owned this bed for less than a year and it broke it two placed resulting in being unable to use the best for safety reasons. Don't buy this bed.

Good luck...
Color: Grey With Stairs and Wardrobe
Size: Full
I am going to keep the bed- it's not bad and I do like the way it looks and fits the room. It was extremely hard to put together- and I'm mechanically inclined and have years of experience as a carpenter. Several of the parts were unmarked. I figured it out, but those less experienced working with their hands might have trouble. Some of the hardware was missing and there was no extra hardware. And the tiny brakets they give as extra support, that are supposedto secure the bed to the wall- a waste... I had to come up with another real solution. And to top that off, I paid $99 for shipping and the delivery person left both boxes out in the rain- and I have a covered porch on the front of my house. Amazon is supposed to be refunding that delivery fee, but that hasn't hit yet. All on all, it was a bad experience.

Very unstable
Color: Grey With Stairs and Wardrobe
Size: Full
The bed is very unstable, tried contacting customer service but they won’t provide me an email to send video proof of stability issue. Claims it’ll hold 350lbs but buckles and wobbles and feels very unsafe with an under 40lb child.

Jigsaw Puzzle from Hell!!
Color: Grey With Stairs and Wardrobe
Size: Full
Product quality is good, color is a described, it is everything I wanted for my son however the assembly process was terrible. Directions are not clear the parts were not separated well enough, it took 1-1/2 days to assemble and required taking several parts off and adjusting due to lack of description. My rating is due to the assembly process!
