The bed had a ton of pieces to put together so be sure to lay everything out ahead of time. We discovered we didn't have the sides of the drawers so we contacted the seller and they were quick to send us the pieces, although we got 2 whole drawers so we have a bunch of wood to figure out how to repurpose. The wood is solid and sturdy. We had no pieces broken or chipped. Beautiful bed! The kids love it so much. I'm very happy with the purchase and happy the company had good communication and prompt service with fixing the issues when we were missing pieces.

Bought this for our 9 year old granddaughter. She's been wanting a bunk bed for years. This was an economical fulfillment of her wish. Quality was good. The parts were all drilled and cut to spec so there were no issues of fit or function. Don't expect to put it together in an hour. There are almost 150 screws and bolts in the assembly. To finish in an hour you would have to finish screwing in a bolt or screw every 25 seconds. Allow several hours of uninterrupted assembly time.
