Purchased these for a new rider and has been a great compromise between comfort and safety. They are comfortable enough to ride to a spot, and walk around all day. Would be great if they fit. I wear a size 8 and these were more like an 8.5 so too big for me. Edit!!!! These shoes saved my foot. Car hit their brakes and had nowhere to go. Locked up the bike and smashed into the car ripping my foot back. My foot hurts but it’s still there and doesn’t even look like anything happened. Get these! Save your feet! ... show more

I bought these because they have a shifting overlay to protect against wear from shifting. There seem to be very few protective riding shoes for women that have this feature. They took a bit of time to break in, but once they did, they are pretty comfortable for the most part. I did put an aftermarket insole into them because they don't really have any arch support. I pretty much put supportive insoles into all my shoes because after 20+ years of working on my feet in hospitals my feet are shot. So, the lack of support might not be an issue for most people. There also seems a be a line of stitching on the inside of the right shoe that rubs against my pinkie toe. If I wear thicker socks then it doesn't bother me much. That being said, they seem to be sturdy enough to last for a while. I have been wearing them almost daily for a couple of months now and they are holding up really well. I do wish the tread on the soles was a little grippier. Overall, I am pretty happy with these and would consider buying them again. ... show more

These are okay. Definitely see what other buyers are talking about regarding quality. Don't know if these are defective or what, but I doubt you'd see them in an actual HD store. The style and fit are great, however. Just needs better quality control.

These shoes are super comfortable for riding or just walking around, although they run large. I usually wear a size 8, but I think with these I could have gone down to a 6 1/2. The 7 is ok with thick socks. I love that they come with two pairs of laces, one of them is just black, but the other has reflective striping in them -- those are great.
