See my photos. Nothing really wrong with it but I sent it back because it didn’t work for me. You really need to use filters with a cone point tip and I can’t find them easily at stores around me, and I don’t want to have to order special filters all the time online. I'm a coffee snob. I've used Melitta and knock off pour over cones for probably twenty years. The Hario pour over was so different in design that I worried I wouldn't like it. Now, I would never go back to the flat bottom pour over cones and supermarket paper filters. This cone design provides a less acidic coffee and it fills the cup faster. You simply get the best possible results if you are paying for high quality beans. I recommend the porcelain cone because china is always better than plastic and it is equally important to also purchase the Hario paper filters.
